ALUSALD 12 is an alloy generally used for brazing aluminium, with a silicon content of more than 7%. It has good tensile strength, corrosion resistance and lower junction temperature. Sometimes it can also be used for TIG brazing with low Mg aluminum alloys.
Typical application: heat exchanger, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, automotive industry.
